04/16/2010 Earth day fun! Just for Fun Parade & Aquarena Celebration The Just for fun! Parade starts mid morning, and runs thru the square in San Marcos. Dress up yourself, your kids and your vehicle! Expect lots of candy, fun and jello shots on the 45 min parade. After the parade head to Valentino’s for beer and pizza then grab some more beer and go to the river for the rest of the day!

2010 makes Aquarena Center’s 4th Earth Day Celebration and also makes the 40th Anniversary of Earth Day.
There will be a variety of exhibits, programs, entertainment, and interactive learning opportunities.
The event is free to the public.
